Turbo Fitting

A turbo is an air compressor used in a forced induction, internal combustion engine, that increases the density of the air going into the intake manifold, allowing it to burn diesel or petrol more efficiently, more powerfull. A turbo works by a turbine driven by the engine’s exhaust gas, which drives the compressor fan to force air into the engine. A turbo failure is a rare occurrence as the problems usually stem from other parts of the engine. Fault fact sheets. There are various reasons why a turbo fails, usually turbo fail because of external problems and not because of the turbocharger itself. This is four reasons why a turbo fail: foreign object impact, wrong turbo fitting dirt introduced during installation of turbo charger, broken air filter mesh, dirty induction system, broken air hoses or piping, oil delay, restricted feed pipe, actuator malfunctioned, vnt warn out.

Turbo fitting / turbo installation – important!
