I have a BMW 320D E91, it’s got a 49135 turbo and it has in and out play.
I was wondering if it was something you could recondition ?
And how much? How much supplied and fitted turbo? Very thick smelly black smoke coming out the exhaust now over 1.8 k revs

BMW 320D E90 E91 boost problem smoke oil leaks
I am not sure what you can do but I have an BMW 320d E90, turbo oil seals have failed, on idle there is white smoke on boost or even spooling up there is loads
of smoke, It has also started making a whistling sound on boost,
The turbo outlet pipe had a very thick film of oil and it appeared to have run down to the inlet manifold as well there was a lot of oil in the turbo outlet pipe, a lot of blue smoke on boost but none while idling in traffic.
I am planning on taking it off shortly for inspection. I would be
interestead to know what the cost would be to rebuild it ?

Well my turbo is gone, been towed by AA to my local garage. What
choices do I have for BMW 320D E91 engine, reg plate XXX
I will speak in the morning with my mechanic and see what he can

I pulled out my BMW E90 on motorway and lost the power and had a noise wining sound.
AA bloke checked turbo on side road and said there is huge lateral movement on the

These guys know their stuff. I gave my sister’s BMW 320D se 177bhp coupe 2007 in on Monday with a failed turbo and it was repaired and ready for collection the next morning. The price was the cheapest I was quoted out of 3 garages. Lucas is da man! He got me to test drive the car before paying, obviously to make sure I was happy with the repair, which I was and took the car. Later on however, I had a slight issue with the car which was to do with turbo kicking in late in 1st gear but was rectified the next day by Lucas and Martin and now the car drives great. I would also like to add that never have I experienced great customer service like this from a garage, they listen to your concerns, repair the fault and treat you with respect the whole way through and non of that shying away and blaming the car owner for the fault or telling you its in your head and maybe your thinking about it too much. Thanks for everything Best Turbos? and especially Lucas and Martin. All the best and keep up the good work guys. Definitely recommend.

Took my BMW 320D here after I had loss of power, gave these guys a call and they told me to come up for a free inspection which they told me my turbo had failed due to oil leaking all inside it.. very quick to get it in for repair. Would recommend these guys to anyone. 1st class service.

Just took my BMW 320D to Best Turbos?. So far so good. Met them and the guy was genuine, took his timw to talk me throught the process and how the turbo works, being mechincal minded myself, he defo knows what he is talking about.
