Remove or clean turbo intercooler, turbo feed pipes and oil return pipes and flush with an oil degreaser before leaving to drain completely. Turbo must be fitted properly.
BMW 320D turbo replacement
Since I have my BMW 320D 2 years, some time happens during the acceleration at about 1700 – 1800 revs occurs suddenly engine jerk. Mainly it happens on 4 or 5 runs during slight acceleration. Before reaching any 1500 revs is nothing happening. If you want to do it gently, this is a jerk. Before, there are no problems, it accelerates nicely, the combustion is normal.
